O.P. Kits

This product you should not pass over lightly just because of its extremely low price. We receive a lot of complements about these great Audi AUTOMOTIVE CLUTCH and kits at the low, low price. They are made in China and imported by us to sell very inexpensively as a great alternative for name brands. When you do not want to spend the money this standard duty clutch is a great alternative for the major brand.

How do I know if my components are worn out? There are numerous things that can go bad and it is almost impossible
to mention all of them. For example some basic clues are if you try to accelerate and the engine speeds up and then
feels like the car is catching up with the engine or if you are climbing a hill and you can feel the clutch slipping. You can also tell if the clutch is slipping if you shift to a higher gear too soon and the engine accelerates but the car does not. Slippage is a sign that the clutch is worn out or is way out of adjustment, however if you drive with a clutch out of adjustment far enough to allow it to slip you are destroying the parts and should replace them even if relatively new. Other problems like clutch chatter can be caused by a broken pressure plate spring or disc spring. First, you need to make sure you do not have a broken motor mount since a broken mount can also feel like your disc or pressure plate are bad. Last if you have had a chattering clutch for any length of time examine the flywheel for cracks or grooves or hot spots, if these are not machined out or the flywheel is not replaced the new parts will never work correctly. What if I have a hard time trying to get the car in gear? If you have a cable for linkage make sure you do not have excessive free play, if so remove most of it so when you depress the pedal you are actually moving the throw out bearing against the pressure plate so you can disengage. Once again make sure you do not have a bad motor mount. If you have a hydraulic setup generally you can tell if the master cylinder is going bad by pumping the pedal if that allows you to get it in gear and with your foot depressed on the pedal the vehicle starts to move, the master cylinder is leaking internally and it needs replacement. You normally replace master and slave cylinders as a set. If you suspect the slave cylinder is bad, see if you can notice the rod moving in and out when the pedal is pressed if not the cylinder is most likely bad and once again replace the pair. Also replace if you see leakage.
